Little Chef Cooking School was founded in 2007. Its goal from the very beginning has been to give children the opportunity to cook and enjoy eating healthy food. Little Chef has traveled across all of Poland and has worked with hundreds of schools in and around Warsaw teaching children in its cooking classes. As of 2007, we have worked with well over 35,000 children!
Along with a weekly schedule of classes for all age groups, we hold permanent classes and workshops with preschools and schools in Warsaw. There, children learn about seasonal eating and culinary history while they cook with us in our kid-friendly kitchen.
Besides our Little Chef cooking school for children and adolescents, we regularly plan corporate events for both children and adults under our Super Chef brand. Companies that we have worked with include: Heinz, Sony, ING Bank, Svenska Handelsbanken, Groupon, Orange, Pudliszki, Nickelodeon, Citibank, Telekomunikacja Polska SA, Toshiba, the America Embassy, Whirlpool, Skarbiec, Hoya, Mercedes Polska, and the Discovery Channel along with many others.
A pioneer in teaching children how to cook, she started Little Chef soon after having her first child herself. At the time, Little Chef was the children’s cooking school in Poland that taught children how to cook (and therefore eat) healthfully. In her able hands, cooking becomes something so fun and appealing, even the youngest of pupils grow to love it. Out of her love for children and good food, Little Chef has blossomed into a project that has made an impact on thousands of children.
After a long career in tv production Paweł turned to his absolute passion, cooking. His organizational skills and creativity led to founding our adult brand, Super Chef. Pawel also teaches classes for teenagers and founded Little Chef Globtroter cooking- sailing summer camp. While learning to sail in the Masurian lakes for a week, children get to know food from all the corners of the world, just as any sailor would, as well as gain knowledge and appreciation of local cuisine.
Zuza studies sociology and music when she’s not teaching at Little Chef. She is a big fan of biking to work, African literature and cumin. Obsessed at reaching to the ends of the internet, she jokes that she’s a professional comma-checker in her spare time. Her eye for abstract design is only matched by her love of cooking and teaching kids.
Has a wonderful gift for making children make feel at ease and open up to cooking. At Little Chef since 2011 Małgosia’s creative spirit and search for best ingredients keeps us supplied with the best honey, apples and wonderful ideas and positive energy.
As a professional translator and English teacher, Arletta is often in charge of Little Chef’s English language classes and events. Besides sharing a love for teaching and feeding others, she is an avid fan of polka dots and board games. Thanks to her organizational skills Little Chef runs smoothly as clockwork and her creativity shines in the titles of our menus. Our favorite being “Quicken your Pulse” about beans and lentils.
