Culinary history program
Our culinary history program offers children the opportunity to supplement their knowledge with food of the region for ex. while learning about Ancient Greece at school a school trip to Little Chef enables children to cook Greek food.
During our classes or workshops the children do all the things that typically happen in a kitchen. Children learn to cook, clean up after themselves, and eat together family-style so that the experience is holistic and fun. Values such as teamwork, independence, confidence-building and acceptance of new things are invariably instilled in our students when they are in a setting that allows them to cook with their friends and have a good time doing it.
